1. WHEN WILL MY ORDER BE SHIPPED?
Shipping charges: Free for all orders.
Handling time: We usually need no longer than 1 to 3 business days to process and dispatch your order.
For custom-made orders, processing time may take 5–7 business days before dispatch. In some cases, due to high demand, processing might take a bit longer, but we always strive to fulfill every order as quickly as possible.
Transit (Travelling) Time:For Standard Tracked Shipping, your order typically arrives within 5–8 working days after dispatch.
For custom orders, delivery may take 7–10 working days after dispatch.
2. CHANGE OR CANCEL MY ORDER
You may exchange or cancel your order and address details within 24 hours after purchase. Please contact your email as soon as possible with your change requests, and label the subject line: CHANGE MY ORDER or CANCEL MY ORDER, and make sure to include your FULL NAME and ORDER NUMBER.
